Description
TG 16–100.0 is an illustrated, one-page summary about the serpentinite rock that underlies the serpentine barrens around Goat Hill, and the unique vegetation and complex geologic history associated with this region. The publication is a revision of an earlier write-up that was linked to this outstanding geologic feature on the PaGEODE website. In 2016, summary sheets like this one were modified and formally published in the Pennsylvania Geological Survey’s new trail of geology series.
