A Smart New Tool for Local Parks

The Department of Conservation & Natural Resources / Bureau of Recreation & Conservation is creating a statewide local park GIS layer for use by state, county, and local municipal staff as well as the general public.

DCNR developed a web-based mapping tool, which allows real-time input from stakeholders. Registered users have the ability to add a park, modify a park and remove a park, thereby leveraging local knowledge in order to further the accuracy of the local parks geodatabase development. Login with your user credentials to begin adding your park related comments.
